Adam Rieck is an associate with Ethos Club & Leisure and Addison Law focusing in real estate management, corporate structuring and operations, and club banking and finance. Mr. Rieck's experience includes advising portfolio and individual club owners, executives, and directors in matters of hospitality and commercial real estate sales, acquisitions, and financing; operational and membership management and risk mitigation.
Prior to joining Ethos and Addison Law, Mr. Rieck’s law practice focused on representing financial institutions and corporations in real estate, oil & gas, banking and trust/fiduciary services matters. Previously, he served as vice president and general counsel to a network of Texas financial institutions, representing and advising its banks in all legal and regulatory matters affecting operations.
Mr. Rieck received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. He graduated from the Texas Tech University School of Law and received his Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business. While attending Texas Tech, Mr. Rieck served as president of his law school class and served on the Executive Board of the Student Bar Association.
