Management Team

Tim Clow is a Principal of Ethos Club & Leisure and one of the founding shareholders of Addison Law, focusing on real estate, finance, mergers, acquisitions and corporate governance issues. Mr. Clow heads our financial structuring practice.

Mr. Clow has broad based experience counseling parties acquiring, selling, leasing, developing, managing and operating golf clubs, country clubs, resorts and hotels. He has also advised developers and lenders in connection with the development and sale of timeshare and fractional or shared ownership products, as well as the development and operation of hotel properties. Additionally, Mr. Clow has extensive experience in the turnover and conversion of private clubs.

Mr. Clow’s financial expertise includes representing lenders and borrowers in the structuring and negotiation of debt and equity transactions, as well as the workout of troubled debt transactions, including through the foreclosure process. He has also advised secured and unsecured creditors in numerous bankruptcy proceedings.

Mr. Clow earned his bachelor of business administration degree with distinction from the University of Oklahoma and his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He has written numerous articles for industry related publications and is a frequent presenter at continuing legal education seminars.
